Blake and Black Tie Audio Visual were excellent! When I called to rent an outdoor speaker for an event they answered promptly and helped me find the right combination for my needs. They were easily accessible and decently priced. Blake helped me feel comfortable with the equipment and I had no problem with the set up, due to their instructions. Black Tie Audio was a lifesaver! I realized about three hours before the start of a big meeting that I had forgotten to schedule microphones and speakers. After a Google search I found Black Tie Audio Visual. Blake was very kind and said he would be able to help me. Josh came down and set everything up. Josh even helped us get some in-house wireless microphones working so we didn't have to use the microphones he brought. Once the meeting was finished, Josh helped us clean everything up.
