Service Description
Bring the party without the cost of hiring a DJ! Just like the DIY DJ package, but with subwoofers and an extra mic to make your event more fun. Our DIY DJ XL Rental Package gives you everything you need to play music, make announcements, and add exciting lighting to your event. Simply connect your phone, tablet, or computer to the mixer, choose your playlist, and let ’er rip! Package includes: - Two EV ZLX-15 powered speakers - Two Harbinger Vari18 subwoofers - Yamaha MG10XU audio mixer - Shure PG48 microphone (x2) - Chauvet DJ GigBAR 2 lighting system - Speaker poles - All necessary audio, power, and connection cables This package is perfect for weddings, birthday parties, school dances, company events, and other celebrations where you want professional sound and lighting with an easy do-it-yourself setup. Basic setup instructions are included. Customer pickup is available, with delivery and setup offered as optional add-ons. A phone, tablet, or computer with a headphone or compatible audio output is required.
Cancellation Policy
Bookings may be made up to 180 days in advance and must be completed at least 24 hours before the selected pickup or delivery time. Bookings are confirmed automatically based on the availability shown online. This package includes equipment rental for up to 24 hours beginning at the selected pickup or delivery time. The equipment must be returned by the scheduled return time. Customers may cancel or reschedule their booking online up to 72 hours before the rental begins. Cancellations and date changes within 72 hours must be requested directly from Black Tie A/V and may not be eligible for a refund. Delivery and setup selections remain subject to the venue being within our service area and having reasonable access. Black Tie A/V will contact the customer if additional delivery charges, unusual access requirements, or other concerns apply. No deposit is required. Any outstanding rental balance must be paid in full before the equipment is picked up or delivered. A valid photo ID and signed rental agreement may be required before the equipment is released. Customers are responsible for the equipment throughout the rental period and may be charged for late returns, missing items, damage, excessive cleaning, or unauthorized exposure to rain or other hazardous conditions.
