School dance packages and services
- DIY DJ Rental Package (from $330). Two EV ZLX-15 powered speakers, a Yamaha MG10XU mixer, a Shure PG48 microphone, a Chauvet DJ GigBAR 2 lighting system, speaker stands and all cables. Plug in a phone, tablet or laptop and play your playlist.
- DIY DJ XL Rental Package (our most popular, from $530). Adds two Harbinger Vari18 subwoofers and a second microphone. Choose this one when you want the bass to fill a gym or a bigger room.
- DIY Simple PA Rental Package (from $260). Two powered speakers, a mixer and a wired SM58 mic for assemblies, announcements, award nights and other school events.
- Full-service production. We can plan, deliver, set up, run and tear down the sound and lighting for you.
- Delivery and setup. Pick up in American Fork, or add delivery and setup.

School dance FAQ
Do we need a DJ?
No. Connect a phone, tablet or computer that has a headphone or other compatible audio output, choose your playlist and you're set. If you'd rather have a pro run it, ask about full-service production.
Which package is best for a gym?
For a larger room where you want to feel the bass, the DIY DJ XL adds two 18-inch subwoofers. For a smaller room, the standard DIY DJ package is usually plenty.
Can students or advisors set it up?
Yes. Basic setup instructions are included. You can also add delivery and setup so it's ready when you arrive.
How long is the rental?
A package booking includes equipment for up to 24 hours from your pickup or delivery time. Return the gear by the scheduled return time.
What if the dance is canceled or moved?
You can cancel or reschedule online up to 72 hours before the rental begins. Changes within 72 hours have to be requested directly and may not be refundable.
