- DIY Presentation Rental Package (from $430). An Epson 1080p projector, an 8' projection screen, two EV ZLX15 powered speakers with black stand covers, a Shure QLXD wireless microphone, a Yamaha MG10XU mixer and all cables. Ideal for company meetings, workshops, employee trainings and nonprofit events.
- DIY Presentation PRO Rental Package (from $550). Adds a Shure QLXD wireless lavalier for hands-free presenting and a Perfect Cue wireless clicker. Built for conferences, seminars and keynotes.
- DIY Simple PA Rental Package (from $260). Two powered speakers, a mixer and a wired mic for speeches, announcements and smaller meetings.
- Full-service event production. We handle planning, delivery, setup, operation and teardown for audio, video, lighting, staging and livestreaming at conferences, awards ceremonies, galas and fundraisers.
- Delivery, setup and technicians. Add delivery and professional setup to any package, or add an on-site technician in the quote builder.

We're based in American Fork, right in the middle of Utah County, with pickup available for every package. Delivery and setup are available for venues within our service area, including Provo, Lehi and the Salt Lake area. If extra delivery charges apply, we'll tell you up front.

Can you set everything up and run it for us?
Yes. Delivery and professional setup are available for every package, and full-service production includes on-site operation and teardown.
Do you have wireless and lavalier microphones?
Yes. The Presentation package includes a Shure QLXD wireless handheld. The PRO package adds a Shure QLXD lavalier and a wireless slide clicker.
Can you livestream a meeting or conference?
Yes, livestreaming is one of our production services. Include it in your quote.
How late can we book?
Online package bookings must be made at least 24 hours before pickup or delivery. For anything sooner, call or text (801) 808-3930.
What are the rental terms?
No deposit. The balance is due before pickup or delivery. You can cancel or reschedule online up to 72 hours before the rental starts.
