Service Description
Give your presentation a polished, professional look with a complete sound and projection setup designed for meetings, trainings, seminars, awards ceremonies, and other corporate events. Connect your laptop to display slides, videos, or other presentation content on the large projection screen. The two 15-inch powered speakers provide clear, room-filling audio, while the wireless handheld microphone gives presenters the freedom to move around and engage the audience. Cancellation Policy
Bookings may be made up to 180 days in advance and must be completed at least 24 hours before the selected pickup or delivery time. Bookings are confirmed automatically based on the availability shown online. This package includes equipment rental for up to 24 hours beginning at the selected pickup or delivery time. The equipment must be returned by the scheduled return time. Customers may cancel or reschedule their booking online up to 72 hours before the rental begins. Cancellations and date changes within 72 hours must be requested directly from Black Tie A/V and may not be eligible for a refund. Delivery and setup selections remain subject to the venue being within our service area and having reasonable access. Black Tie A/V will contact the customer if additional delivery charges, unusual access requirements, or other concerns apply. No deposit is required. Any outstanding rental balance must be paid in full before the equipment is picked up or delivered. A valid photo ID and signed rental agreement may be required before the equipment is released. Customers are responsible for the equipment throughout the rental period and may be charged for late returns, missing items, damage, excessive cleaning, or unauthorized exposure to rain or other hazardous conditions.
